Product Warranty: All our products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers both hardware and software components of the texture testing tools. Please note that the warranty does not apply to damages caused by user misuse.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Then, contact your bank. There is often processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at lak@agrosta.org and ship your item to: 13 rue du Bastringue 76440 SERQUEUX FRANCE.

Shipping Returns: To return your product, please mail it to: lak@agrosta.org

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
