Refund and Returns Policy

Product Warranty:
All our products come with a two-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers both hardware and software components of the texture testing tools. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by user misuse.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm that we have received your returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
Then, reach out to your bank, as processing times may affect when the refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at lak@agrosta.org and ship your item to:

Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please mail it to: lak@agrosta.org.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
