The AGROSTA®Rose is a fruit and vegetable texture analyzer designed for both penetrometry (for crisp fruits and vegetables) and deflection measurement (for soft produce). Launched in 2023, the Rose is an essential tool for post-harvest laboratories, capable of analyzing almost any type of fruit or vegetable. It’s especially effective for non-destructive testing on an industrial scale, including avocados, cherries, tomatoes, blueberries, raspberries, and citrus fruits. Penetrometry can be used on firmer produce like apples, pears, kiwis, onions, and carrots.
