The Agrosta Fruit Texture Analyzer (FRUITLAB) is a compact laboratory instrument that measures the firmness, the size and the weight of fruit and vegetables in a few seconds. It is a statistical instrument designed to follow the crispiness of apples, pears, potatoes, mangoes, apricots, papaya, cucumbers, peaches and kiwis, and the firmness of oranges, lemons, pomelos, cherries, strawberries, avocados and many other products. Designed and developed in France by Agrosta.

The AGROSTA®FruitLab is a multi-functional analyzer designed for texture analysis, weight, and size measurement of a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including apples, citrus fruits, avocados, bananas, carrots, and potatoes. Equipped with advanced Windows-compatible software, it supports both penetrometry and deflection measurements, making it an essential tool for labs focused on post-harvest quality control.

- Measurement Tips: Comes with two standard tips (0.5 cm² and 1 cm²) for penetrometry and deflection measurements, with additional tip options based on specific requirements.
- Complete Software for Windows: Pre-installed on a USB stick, the software includes a free license for full customization, enabling parameter adjustments (speed, stroke, unit) and data export to Excel.
Optional Durofel Module: An optional Durofel module is available for testing soft fruits and vegetables, featuring three interchangeable tips (10 for nectarine, 25 for cherry, 50 for strawberry) and a table linking pressure to the Durofel index (0 to 100%).
