Automatic Durofel Firmness Tester
The AGROSTA® Winterwood is an advanced automatic analyzer crafted for batch testing of firmness, size, and color (optional) in fruits and vegetables, designed specifically for soft fruits with smooth skin. Utilizing the Durofel sensor Tip. The turntables, equipped with 32 cups for blueberries and 20 cups for cherries, cranberries, grapes, and olives, allow users to select models tailored to fruit sizes, covering diameters from 10mm to 37mm.

- Windows-Compatible Software: Includes a light version of Excel for easy data storage, batch analysis, and report generation.
- Versatile Turntables: Two included turntables, with models available for various fruit sizes. Options cover 10 cups for larger fruits, 20 cups for smaller fruits (e.g., cherries), and 32 for blueberries.
- High-Precision Sensor Head: Pre-fitted with tips specific to different fruits, using high-precision stepper motors for exact measurements.
- Optional Color Measurement: Spectrophotometer for light intensity analysis with six wavelengths.
- Size Measurement: Measures motor steps to determine diameter at probe position.
- Interchangeable Trays: Easily switch trays for different produce types.
