Leading the Way in Texture, Firmness, and Color Measurement
Smart Colorimeter AGROSTA®ROXANNE
€925.00
An advanced colorimeter and spectrophotometer that measures both visible and infrared wavelengths for precise classification of food, fruits, vegetables, and more. Ideal for creating customized classifications for research and industry.
Smart Colorimeter
The AGROSTA® Roxanne is a high-tech colorimeter and spectrophotometer, specially designed for food, fruits, vegetables, pharmaceutical, and chemical analysis. Equipped with visible and infrared wavelength capabilities, this device enables precise classification of samples, detecting subtle differences that are invisible to the human eye, such as fat content in milk or fruit maturity.
Ideal for use in research, quality control, and R&D, Roxanne provides consistent, accurate results and allows for the creation and customization of classification files specific to country products. By recording color data across the visible range and near-infrared, this device is an essential tool for any industry requiring detailed color and texture analysis.
Key Features:
- Dual Functionality: Works as a colorimeter and spectrophotometer, offering versatile use for measuring color and classifying samples.

How It Works ?
- STEP 1
- STEP 2
- STEP 3
Place the sample on the colorimeter head and input classification indexes into the software. Save the data to create a “neural file” for accurate future classifications.
Once the classification is complete, position your sample on the device and press “space” on your keyboard. The Roxanne provides detailed color readings across 9 wavelengths (8 in the visible spectrum and 1 in infrared) as well as brightness data. Use this information for classification or spectrophotometric analysis.
Export your measurement data to Excel for detailed reporting and further analysis. Customize classification files to meet specific research or quality control needs, making the Roxanne a truly flexible solution.
Applications
Fruit Maturity Analysis
Classify fruits like strawberries, apples, or tomatoes by color and texture.
Chemical Sample Classification
Analyze complex samples requiring precise spectrophotometric readings.
Pharmaceutical Quality Testing
Validate product consistency and quality in R&D or production.
