1. Single Pressure: Measures hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, and resilience.

2. Double Pressure: Measures hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, resilience, gumminess, springiness, chewiness, and cohesiveness.

3. Pull Mode: Measures maximum pressure and fracturability.

4. Constant Pressure: Measures initial deflection (once it first reaches the load) and final deflection (at the end of the measurement).
