Belle C is a versatile texture analyzer designed for testing a wide variety of samples under controlled temperature conditions.
It features a large 4.3-inch touchscreen display, a dual-core microcontroller, as well as both Bluetooth and USB connectivity.

The instrument is supplied with dedicated applications for both Android and Windows, providing flexible and user-friendly data acquisition and analysis.

Its temperature regulation system is based on an independent control module capable of heating the metallic testing table up to 90°C, enabling precise thermal conditioning of samples during measurements.

• Four Testing Modes:

  • Single Pressure: Measures hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, resilience.
  • Double Pressure: Adds measurements for gumminess, springiness, chewiness, cohesiveness.
  • Pull Mode: Proposed, but not compatible with temperature regulated table, thus not suitable for Belle C
  • Constant Pressure: Records initial and final deflection for steady-load applications.

• Precise Measurements: Capable of up to 17 kg pressure with 6-gram accuracy, using a high-quality load cell.

• High-Speed Data Collection: Records 80 measurements per second, allowing detailed texture profiling. Displays real-time curves via USB or Bluetooth on Android or Windows devices.

• Extensive Memory: Stores up to 50 batches with 300 measurements each in its 2 MB internal memory. No storage limitation when connected to computer.

• Calibration Stand: Included for on-site calibration checks and adjustments, with remote support available from the manufacturer.

• Flexible Connectivity: Connects to Android or Windows via USB or Bluetooth for continuous data management. The Windows app includes a light version of Excel, allowing data creation, modification, and analysis directly in the app.
