– The texture analyzer comes with the latest technologies, like a stepper motor, a high precision load cell, ball bearings, anti-backlash lead screw.. and can be used either as a penetrometer (for crisp fruits & vegetables) or as surface deformation tester (for soft fruits and vegetables)

– The balance is a high precision lab scale (+/-0.5 grams) that detects automatically when an objects is placed on the tray, and send directly the data to the computer (without the need to press a button)

– The colorimeter measures the light intensity on 8 wacelengths, and provides the color according to RGB and Lab referentials. It comes with deep learning capabilities – thus the colorimeter can learn any color referential (like Ctifl for example), and will automatically provide the category of your products

– The machine comes with 2 softwares : The first one for teaching the colorimeter (Not mandatory, works with second soft immediately), the second one for using the machine, fully piloting the machine, and exporting to Excel
