Four measuring modes in one instrument
- TPA (Texture Profile Analysis):Â single press, double press or constant force. Hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, resilience, cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess and chewiness.
- Firmtech:Â pressure-driven firmness test, with a firmness factor between a trigger pressure and a target pressure.
- Penetrometry:Â depth-driven test giving the peak force over a set penetration depth, ideal for crunchy, firm or layered products.
- Tensile:Â pull the sample until it breaks and get strength, elongation, energy and stiffness.
