How It Works ?
Power the Agrosta®100 USB by plugging it into your computer via USB. Launch the included Windows-compatible software, and select the fruit type you wish to test. Configure settings like batch classification directly within the software.
Gently place the tip on the fruit surface and press to measure firmness. The Durofel scale will display an accurate firmness value, and the software will automatically calculate averages and deviations for multiple tests.
Save your measurements in Excel-compatible format for easy batch analysis and reporting. The software provides a visual representation of your data, helping you classify and evaluate ripeness or firmness with precision.
