Agrosta Texture Analyzer with PC and software

Agrosta Texture Analyzer principle :

- First of all, you can adjust the home position thanks to the upper endstop, and adjust the stroke to the size of your samples - So with Agrosta Texture analyzer, you will save time on large batches - The motor starts the movement according to the high speed you have defined - Once the sensor reaches the sample, the pressure starts to increase - Once the pressure on the probe reaches the value defined by you in the software, the motor switches to the low speed mode you have defined - The motor continues making the stroke you have defined - Data are recorded each 50 milliseconds, and a curve is displayed - When measuring factors like springiness, or gumminess, you can parameter a second pressure on sample - Then the texture analyzer goes back (Stroke defined + backlash compensation), waits (time adjustable in the software), and starts a second pressure with new parameters - The curve is displayed, and you obtain a double curve (You can compare the 2 maximums in order to have a good indication of springiness or form memory) New in September 2017 : The PULL mode You can now ask the tray to go to a precise position with 2 arrows in the software (UP and DOWN), and then start a PULL cycle at a determined speed - This is very useful for Raft Hook test, or stickiness testing - The curve is displayed in negative values Now in October 2017 : The CONSTANT PRESSURE mode You can now ask the machine to apply a defined pressure during a defined time, and record the sample deflection / deformation in 1/10th of mm Catalogue of prices and options Training and assistance by Skype rates with our partner Cap Labo
